Booking Fee & Payment

• A booking fee of $30 will be charged at the time of booking, regardless of the style you select. Please read our policies about that fee.
• The remaining balance will be due in cash on the day of your appointment at the salon.
• Please bring the email confirmation you received after booking with you to your appointment.

Service Details

• Be sure to read the notes attached to each service before booking. Some styles do not have a fixed price, as final costs may vary based on your desired design and your hair type.
• If you have any questions or something is unclear, we encourage you to call us for clarification before booking.

Timing & Duration

• Service durations listed are estimates only. The actual time may be shorter or longer depending on the thickness, length, and condition of your hair, as well as the braider’s pace.

Hair Requirements

• We provide regular braiding hair
• If your style requires curly hair, human hair, locs, or other special textures, please check with us in advance to confirm availability. If not available, you will need to bring your own.
• To ensure the best results, avoid cheap or poor-quality brands. If unsure, please reach out to us for advice before making a purchase.

Hair Wash Services

• If you request a wash, please let us know if you require special shampoo or conditioner due to allergies or sensitivities.
